  • personnel development; team building  and personnel management; promotion of corporate culture;
  • use of efficient incentive programs and wages; promotion of favorable  psychological environment in the team;
  • control of assignments, promotion of compliance standards; control of payables.

Application of knowledge and skills:

  • skills of general management functions Implementation through administrative -, operative - and partly heuristic standard operating procedures;
  • ability of making operative decisions within the competence; functional and informational drafting decisions;
